While we will always do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible, unforeseen conditions such as high order volumes or postal service delays, may impede shipping time. If this is ever the case, we’ll send you an email right away to let you know.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible but situations are sometimes out of our control. Due to volume, shipping delays may occur during the holiday season. To confidently ensure delivery of your purchase by December 25th, orders must be placed by Dec 14th. Express delivery options may be available with shorter windows. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification or text from us with a tracking number which you can use to track status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email or text, please contact us at email@example.com - include your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We just want you to love the way your new jewelry makes you feel. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unused and damage-free pieces within 30 days of receipt. So if it doesn’t make you shine, send it back for a full refund (product cost + tax) at no charge to you - shipping on returns is FREE!
