Billie & Bird Return and Exchange Policy

We just want you to love the way your new jewelry makes you feel. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unused and damage-free pieces within 30 days of receipt. So if it doesn’t make you shine, send it back for a full refund (product cost + tax) at no charge to you - shipping on returns is FREE!

Special Extended Holiday Return and Exchange Policy

To make holiday gift giving easier, our return policy is extended for the season. Items purchased from November 1st - December 25th  can be returned  or exchanged until January 30th of the following year.

How long do I have to return a purchase?
The return window is 30 days from receipt of purchase.


How do I begin a return?
Email us at donna@billieandbird.com to receive a free postage-paid return label and begin the return process. Here’s what to include in your email:

    • Subject line: Return request + [ORDER NUMBER]
  • Email body:
      • Order #
      • Name
      • Address
      • Phone number
      • Item being returned
      • Reason for return: (1) Item no longer needed, (2) Item not what I expected, (3) I received an incorrect item, (4) Other


    What are the steps to process a return?
    After receiving the postage label via email, package the unworn item back in all of the original packaging. Apply the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest USPS. Once the item makes it back to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and the refund has been initiated. Your credit card may take up to 10 days to process the refund.

    What will be refunded to my credit card?
    Your credit card refund includes the cost of your product + tax.

    Can I exchange an item?
    You can! Our 30-day free exchange policy works just like our return policy. To initiate an exchange, email  us at donna@billieandbird.com to receive a pre-paid postage label to send your original item back to us, and initiate the exchange process. Here’s what to include in your email:

    • Subject line: Exchange request + [ORDER NUMBER]

    • Order #
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • Item being exchanged
    • Reason for return: (1) Item no longer needed, (2) Item not what I expected, (3) I received an incorrect item, (4) Other

    What are the steps to process an exchange?
    After receiving the postage label via email, package the unworn item back in all of the original packaging. Apply the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest USPS. Once we receive your original item, we will email you with a store credit so you can go ahead and purchase a replacement item.


    Anything else I need to know?
    Please remember all returned items need to be unworn, unused, damage-free and sent back in original packaging (bags and boxes, please). Additionally, Gift Cards are non-returnable.
